Customers purchasing digital products will receive:

  • Downloadable files (PDF, PNG, SVG)
  • Printable designs
  • Video tutorials (where applicable)

Terms:

  • Delivered via WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation
  • For personal use only — reselling or redistribution is strictly prohibited
  • No refunds once files are delivered

3. Physical Products
Customers purchasing physical products will receive:

  • Handcrafted resin jewellery
  • Alphabet keychains
  • Custom name keychains
  • Gift items

Terms:

  • Each item is handmade — minor natural variations are not defects
  • Products are carefully packed before dispatch
  • Delivery time varies by location within Pakistan
  • Ownership transfers to the customer upon delivery

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing an order
  • Payment via UBL bank transfer — details provided at checkout
  • Send payment screenshot + order details to 0335-1774455 on WhatsApp

5. Custom Orders

  • Full payment required in advance for all custom/personalized orders
  • No cancellations once production has started
  • Customer is responsible for providing correct spelling and details

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Physical products: refund only if item arrives damaged (claim within 48 hours)
  • Digital products: no refunds once delivered
  • Full details in our Refund & Return Policy page

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, and products belong to Tantaraart
  • Copying, reproducing, or reselling without written permission is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Tantaraart is not liable for courier delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from product use

9. Privacy
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We collect name, contact, address, payment info, and order history to fulfill your orders only.
